Rick Perry's statement was heavily criticized Turkey

Turkey condemned the words of prospective candidates President of the United States (U.S.) Republican Rick Perry in his campaign. Perry said that Turkey should be kicked out of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) because the country was led by terrorists.
